1. How do I place an order?

Browse our website, select your desired product, choose the size and color (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart”. Once you're done shopping, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and receive exclusive offers.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe.

4. How do I know if my order is confirmed?

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your order ID and summary.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Contact our support team as soon as possible to request changes.

6. What is the BOGO offer and how does it work?

Our Buy One Get One Free offer applies to selected products. Add any two items to your cart — the second item (of equal or lower value) will be free. Both items must be in the same order to avail the offer.

8. Do you charge for delivery?

Shipping is free for orders above ₹1000. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery fee may apply, shown at checkout.

9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track it in the “My Orders” section if you have an account.

10. What if I received a damaged product?

We're sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and mobile wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, and Google Pay.

3. Can I use Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on selected products and pin codes. You will see the COD option at checkout if it's eligible for your area.

4. My payment failed, what should I do?

If your payment fails, don’t worry! You can try again or use a different payment method. If money was deducted but the order is not placed, contact support with transaction details.

5. I didn’t receive a payment confirmation, what now?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If there’s still no confirmation after 15 minutes, reach out to our customer care with your payment reference or transaction ID.

6. Are there any hidden charges?

No. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. Delivery charges, if any, are clearly shown during checkout.

7. Can I pay partially or in installments?

Currently, we do not offer installment payments or EMI. However, some credit cards may allow EMI conversion through your bank.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if your return is approved under our Returns Policy, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

9. Can I apply coupons or discounts at checkout?

No, additional coupons or discount codes cannot be used with the BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer. Only one promotion can be applied per order.

10. Do I need to make payment directly on the website phone number?

No, online payment is mandatory through the website checkout.

  • Complete your order on the website and select “Payment Gateway” during checkout.
  • After payment, share your payment screenshot or reference ID with our support team.
  • Don't do any payment for website phone number
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped accordingly.
Order Returns
1. What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Can I return only one item from a BOGO offer?

No, partial returns are not allowed. If your order includes a free product under a BOGO offer, both the paid and free items must be returned together for a valid refund.

3. How do I request a return?

Contact our support team via email at info@buy1get1shopping.com or call 9514563023 within 3 days of delivery. Provide your order ID and clear photos if the item is damaged.

4. What happens after I request a return?

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or guide you through the return shipment process.

5. Are there any charges for returns?

No, returns for damaged or wrong items are completely free. However, returns for reasons like "no longer needed" may not be accepted or may carry a reverse shipping fee.

6. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or as store credit.

7. I received a damaged item — what should I do?

Please take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to info@buy1get1shopping.com within 3 days. We will verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

8. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

Currently, we only support returns and refunds. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order.
