Offer Eligibility
The BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer is valid on all eligible products listed under the promotion. To qualify for the free item, customers must add at least two items to the cart. -
Free Item Criteria
The free item must be in an even position in the cart (i.e., 2nd, 4th, 6th, etc.).
The free item must be of equal or lesser value than the item immediately before it (i.e., 1st, 3rd, 5th, etc.).
If the even-positioned item is more expensive than the previous item, it will not be eligible for the BOGO discount and will be charged at full price. -
How It Works
Example: If you add Item 1 (₹400) and Item 2 (₹350), Item 2 is free.
If you add Item 3 (₹300) and Item 4 (₹450), Item 4 will not be free as its price is higher than Item 3. -
Quantity Rules
The offer applies in pairs. For every paid item, one eligible item can be free.
If an odd number of items is added, the last item (without a pair) will be charged as per actual price. -
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted for damaged products.
Partial returns are not allowed. Orders must be returned in full to remain eligible for refund. -
